As in my readings, in my healing work I offer myself as a channel of Love from Spirit. The healing is done by Spirit together with the person receiving that Love, through me. I simply offer myself as an antenna for that energy from Source.
After about 25 years of practicing Deep Tissue Massage Therapy, I was introduced to Bowen Therapy, which I found to be much gentler on my body as well as on that of the person coming for assistance. While gentle enough for newborns as well as the elderly, I find this therapy, which works with the proprioceptors to reset the nervous system, to be much more powerful and effective than deep tissue work.
Bowen therapy is an effective tool for healing for all of the bodies – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Trauma and emotions that have been stored both long and short term are often cleared and released, assisting in bringing about balance and freedom from dis-ease in body, mind, and spirit.
Sound healing is also a part of my energetic healing sessions. Years ago in a workshop, I was given a personal healing song by Spirit. The vibration of this song helps to align and attune all the bodies to the kino aka, or the divine soul blueprint, to bring about balance and ease.
I also offer another type of Energetic Healing known as CLEARING. While a Bowen treatment is experienced in person, clearings can be done either in person or long distance, with a phone call. A long distance Clearing is just as effective as one received in person.
WHAT IS ENERGY CLEARING?
Energy Clearing is based on Chinese Medicine and the 5 elements related to that ancient system. It works with both energies that are a part of your own system as well as energies that you may have picked up from other people or places either recently or at any time and that you have been or are continuing to be affected by. Issues, stresses and blocks in the elemental fields may be released during a Clearing.
This energetic method of Clearing brings balance to the body, mind, spirit, emotions, and even inherited issues that may have been passed down through the generations. The balance that is achieved by Clearing allows whatever healing is needed to naturally occur. Clearing helps you to stay in better balance and can change your life in positive ways.
With Clearing, there is no need to experience the trauma or emotional pain from past experiences as they are cleared. Your own Spirit determines what you are ready to have brought up and cleared to allow for a healthier and more joyful life experience.
