Breathe IN with every breath the MANA (Life Force) that
always surrounds us, seeing this light growing larger & larger.
Breathe OUT Love with every breath, into the four corners of
Mother Earth & all of existence. Continue until you are filled to
overflowing with Mana, becoming the Shining Star that you are.
Everything that is touched by this Love is healed, because
