Connect with and see the light within your heart. Breathe IN with every breath the Mana (Life Force) that always surrounds us, and as you do, see this light growing larger and larger. Breathe OUT Love with every breath, out through your energy field, your community, and into the four corners of Mother Earth and into all of existence. Continue breathing in Mana and breathing out Love until you are filled to overflowing, becoming the SHINING STAR that you are. Everything that this Love touches is healed, because LOVE HEALS ALL THINGS!
